Y-Group President and CEO John Yanopoulos today announces the introduction of his newly branded company, Y-Group.  As leader of the successful development team behind several of South Florida's most iconic properties including W Hotel and Residences Fort Lauderdale, Infinity at Brickell Miami, Europa by the Sea Fort Lauderdale and Ocean House South Beach, Yanopoulos is streamlining his business entities under one umbrella, Y-Group, to better position itself to expand for the future.

On Wednesday night, real estate insiders and local media gathered in Miami Beach's South Pointe for a first look at the luxury beachfront residences at Ocean House.  The boutique property, located in the heart of the beach's SoFi neighborhood at 125 Ocean Drive, is the result of a multi-million dollar redesign project.
